PT KARYA BUMI BARATAMA (PT KBB) exploration has been completed in June 2007
and currently carrying out to the development exploration stage and
construction in block of potential areas PKP2B. The temporary result of the
exploration activity that is in the form of 3 (three) layers of coal with a
thickness between 7 10 meters, which is geologically included in Muara Enim
formation and coal seam is spreading from North West.

Dibutuhkan Finance & Accounting Manager ( Head Office - Jakarta)

Qualification :

- Male/Female Max. 40 years old.
- Min (S-1) degree majoring in Accounting with minimum GPA 3,00 from reputable
University.
- Ideally, 2 4 years experience both in public accountant firm as auditor
and manufacturing company as accountant from medium size company.
- Having min. 5 years experience as a Finance or Accounting Manager with min.
2 years experience in a coal mining company.
- Good understanding about PSAK and IFRS.
- Deep knowledge about Tax.
- Having knowledge and experience of related computer applications.
- Good conceptual and analytical thinking.
- Strong leadership, tactful and good interpersonal skill.
- Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities :

1. Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements,
preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances,
initiating corrective actions.

2. Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating
the collection, consolidation and evaluation of financial data, preparing
special reports.

3. Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts, defining
accounting policies and procedures.

4. Control, regulate and ensure the reporting and payment of all taxes are
timely in the right and correct amount.

5. Guides others departments by researching and interpreting accounting
policy, applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.

6. Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.

7. Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation,
enforcing accounting regulations, recommending new procedures.

8. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities,
reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks,
participating in professional organizations.

9. Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related
result as needed.

10. Plan and manage funding to meet business strategies and objectives,
including short, medium and long-term lending requirements.

11. Survey new sources of borrowings to meet projected cash requirements by
developing existing contacts and making new ones.

12. Ensure all bank over draft, overseas borrowing, bill lines and other
negotiations are properly and promptly undertaken.

13. Plan the financial operations of the organization.

14. Direct the collection of financial aspects of proposed acquisitions,
investments, mergers or the sale of assets or business.

15. Control activities such as cash flow and investment policy, costing and
expense control, insurance arrangements, audits, administration of contracts.

16. Direct day-to-day operations on the money market in accordance with
company policy and guideline.
