FINANCE STAFF (Jakarta)

Qualification :

1. Female, Max 30 years old.

2. Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) in accounting with GPA min.3,00 from scale 4,00.

3. Min. 3 years of finance experiences.

4. Good knowledge of office administration and book keeping procedures.

5. Good knowledge of banking systems.

6. Proficient in MS office application.

7. Excellent English is a must.

8. Having good communication skill.

9. Have pleasant personality, honest, hardworking, fast learner, work detail, energetic, self motivated and result oriented.

Responsibility :

1. Perform the day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure that companys finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
2. Receive and verify invoice and requisitions for goods and services.
3. Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
4. Prepare, verify and process invoices and coding payment document.
5. Manage the weekly cheque run.
6. Record all cheque.
7. Keeping all financial data properly.
8. Prepare and submit financial report.
