You will be responsible for coaching team members to ensure total customer satisfaction is achieved through effective and responsive customer service and ensure all queries are responded to and resolved in a professional and timely manner. You will be required to support the team through successful leadership, coaching and development. Developing initiatives and implementing strategies to set clear expectations and motivate team members to meet department KPI's.

You will be responsible for managing the processing of customer transactions and maintenance of quality of data, including but not limited to; enquiry resolution, transactional processing, database maintenance and provision of information.

To be considered for this role, you must have a proven track record, with a minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards meeting or exceeding agreed targets and KPIs within required timeframes. You will possess strong attention to detail, have the ability to quickly build strong relationships with internal and external customers and be a proactive self-starter and team player. Your ability to demonstrate a strong customer service ethic and active listening skills will be highly recognized.
